Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roofing or related field.
• Proven leadership of service operations, field personnel, and office staff.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, KPIs, and department profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow customer accounts.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead service department operations, manage field teams, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
• Develop service sales, inspect leaks, repairs, and maintenance contracts; close opportunities.
• Monitor P&L and KPIs; provide forecasts and regular reports.
• Schedule work and coordinate with the Service Superintendent; manage labor and material costs.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and drive process improvements.
