Hi-Peak Staffing seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative for its Fruitland, MD location. You will drive business development of preventive maintenance service contracts, selling to new and existing clients in a B2B setting and building a portfolio of accounts over long sales cycles.

You will prospect, set appointments with decision makers, and manage client relationships, often over months. A driver’s license and local travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or related field.
• Demonstrated success in sales with ability to develop relationships.
• Roofing experience a plus; ability to manage leads and close deals via phone or direct contact.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally 80% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.
• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
• Establish rapport and develop long-term client relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle.
• Coordinate with service manager to develop sales strategies and, when necessary, to close deals.
• Maintain all sales activity in the Tecta CRM program.
• Follow up with clients on a periodic basis to ensure that their expectations are being met and to get referrals.
