Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, repair, maintenance, waterproofing, and sheet metal.
• Proven leadership and management experience; oversee office and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the commercial roofing service department.
• Mentor the Service Manager and service team.
• Set performance goals and monitor results.
• Develop and implement improvement plans.
• Manage estimating, bids, and client relationships.
• Oversee job costing, margins, and profitability.
