Job summary

J Reynolds, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to develop preventive maintenance service contracts in Saginaw, TX. You will prospect new and existing clients, build a portfolio of accounts, and drive revenue through multi-call sales cycles up to 18 months.

The role reports to the Service Manager and requires travel up to 80%. Demonstrated sales success in roofing or construction, plus strong negotiation, relationship-building, and CRM

Qualifications

3–5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field.
Demonstrated success in sales, a strong record of achievement and a proven ability to achieve results.
Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations.

Responsibilities

Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.
Follow up on direct mail campaigns.
Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle.
