Tiello LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Commercial Roofing to oversee multiple roofing programs from bid to closeout. The role includes ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence, while serving as the primary liaison among clients, field teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing project management, strong knowledge of roofing systems, proficiency with PM software and MS Office, and willingness to travel within the U.S.;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
• Strong knowledge of single-ply, BUR, modified bitumen, and coating systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and construction documentation.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to final closeout, including budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders.
• Oversee field operations and ensure quality installation, safety compliance, and efficiency on all job sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and responsive service.
• Review and approve purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and progress billings.
• Conduct project meetings with field staff, foremen, and superintendents to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
• Prepare cost projections, track margins, and identify opportunities for improved profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Estimators, Operations Managers, and Service Teams to ensure project accuracy and smooth handoffs.
• Manage warranty documentation, punch lists, and ensure all work meets specifications and customer expectations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field crews, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
