Tiello LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager for an on-site, full-time role in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee commercial roofing projects from planning to completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong roofing or construction experience, proven leadership, and excellent communication skills to balance field operations with customer expectations.

Competenze

• Proven experience in project management, operational planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of commercial roofing industry best practices and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in commercial roofing or the construction industry strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee commercial roofing projects from initial planning through completion.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate manpower and materials.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and change orders.
