The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in risk management within financial services, with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. This role directly reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of risk management experience in financial services, interfacing with Sales teams.
• Deep expertise in credit, payments, operational, or enterprise risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the 1st LoD commercial risk strategy.
• Translate 2nd line risk appetite into commercial playbooks.
• Lead incident management and governance.
