Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, banking, or related field required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of commercial lending or portfolio management experience preferred.
• Prior experience in loan structuring and credit analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of bank products, services, procedures, and practices.
• Familiarity with Federal and State lending regulations and bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships with prospects and clients to deliver banking solutions.
• Actively participate in a business development plan to grow loan and deposit portfolios.
• Underwrite loan requests per bank policies and ensure proper pricing and documentation.
• Service and manage the assigned loan portfolio and monitor credit quality.
• Coordinate with Credit for approvals and maintain compliance with regulations.
