ERIEBANK is seeking a C&I Commercial Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of business clients by delivering tailored financial solutions. You will lead client reviews, structure loans, and collaborate across teams to ensure profitability and credit quality.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and other decision-makers, while coordinating with credit analysts and product specialists to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, or a related field.
2–10+ years of experience in commercial banking, depending on level.
Strong ability to read financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
Proven track record in relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial clients.
Build and maintain relationships with business owners and senior leaders.
Analyze financial statements and structure commercial loans and credit facilities.
Monitor portfolio performance, risk ratings, and loan covenants.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-sell bank services.
