Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Manage property financials including budgets, forecasts, invoices, lease administration, and initiatives to improve profitability and property value.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs, capital projects, repairs, and emergency response while maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare property and financial reports and ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating to a high standard.
