Responsibilities

• Oversee operations: manage day-to-day function of a portfolio of properties, including tenant/vendor compliance
• Select vendors: source and negotiate service agreements
• Monitor execution: oversee vendor performance and service agreements
• Improve efficiency: identify opportunities to improve operational processes
• Develop budgets: participate in annual operating budgets for portfolios
• Collaborate internally: coordinate with senior management and internal departments
• Prepare reports: complete department-specific reports
• Visit sites: travel to properties for inspections and projects as needed
• Support leadership: assist ownership or senior management on special projects
