Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. is hiring a Commercial Project Leader to support our CPS team in North America.

Based at Coopersburg or Conshohocken, you will manage large-scale projects from design to turnover, coordinating across Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and driving service revenue growth, with travel up to 20% and a strong focus on delivering high-quality commercial lighting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated; GPA requirement may apply if experience is under 10 years (3.0 min).
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience leading large-scale, complex projects; construction experience preferred.
• Advanced commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or other PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply a full technical understanding of our Commercial portfolio of lighting control and window system solutions.
• Design and oversee customized lighting and controls solutions aligned with client requirements and goals.
• Learn and apply new technology and processes to solve technical and logistical challenges.
• Represent Lutron at all levels of construction project meetings.
• Drive resolution to problems at customer jobsites and ensure project milestones are met.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex lighting control, shading, and smart-building projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, submittals, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for key accounts, building trusted relationships with owners, developers, engineers, contractors, and facility teams.
• Manage post-sale activities including contract negotiations, project profitability, and service agreements.
• Own customer satisfaction and retention through regular reviews and proactive issue resolution.
• Drive service revenue growth by identifying upgrade, retrofit, maintenance, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training for partner project managers and delivery teams.
• Oversee service billing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Field Services, and Operations.
