Qualifications
- 4-year college degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years banking, finance or sales related experience.
- Strong understanding of credit fundamentals, loan structuring and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Familiar with loan portfolio; proactively manage portfolio to adhere to credit policy and complete required actions.
- Interact with customers independently for servicing and risk-related items.
- Prepare call plans and relationship reviews for prospects, clients, COIs.
- Identify referrals to other business lines and departments.
- Collaborate with internal/external clients on sensitive and routine matters.
