Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish for one of our clients in North Royalton, OH. This role requires coordinating preconstruction, schedules, budgets, field crews, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will track costs, manage RFIs and change orders, attend PM meetings, review plans for code compliance, and guide project close-out activities such as punch

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, preferably in construction or plumbing.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: commercial plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction steps, submittals, coordination and site visits.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Attend PM meetings; review plans and ensure code compliance.
• Track costs, change orders, and documentation.
• Coordinate close-out steps: punch lists, demobilization, manuals and AS-Builts.
