Job summary

Tend is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager in North Royalton, OH to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. This role requires coordinating with field crews, vendors, and managers to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

The position covers all aspects of project management from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibilities including scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• PM experience in construction/plumbing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visits.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage all job impacts, RFIs, and change orders.
• Attend PM meetings and review plans for code compliance.
• Track costs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate closeout steps, including punch-list, demobilization, warranty letters, and AS-Builds.
