Job summary

Lever, Inc. in North Royalton, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee complex commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients, while maintaining safety and compliance standards. You will manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out documentation, review plans for code compliance, and track costs

Qualifications

• Project management experience in construction/plumbing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visits.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage all job impacts, RFIs, and change orders.
• Attend all project PM meetings and review plans for code compliance.
• Track costs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate all project close-out steps, such as punch lists, demobilization, warranty letters, operation manuals and AS-Builts.
