Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction steps, including submittals, coordination and site visits.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
• Attend PM meetings and ensure code compliance with plans/specs.
• Track costs, change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate close-out steps: punch-list items, demobilization, manuals and AS-Builts.
