Job summary

Cogent Analytics seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish for one of our clients in North Royalton, OH. You will manage budgets, schedules, and coordination with field crews and vendors, ensuring code compliance and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in construction or plumbing is preferred.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction steps, including submittals, coordination, and site visits.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors.
• Handle all job impacts, RFIs, and change orders.
• Attend PM meetings, review plans/specs, and ensure code compliance.
• Track costs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate all closeout steps, including punch lists, demobilization, warranty letters, manuals, and AS-Builts.
