Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior business lead for a functional domain within the Unified Commercial Platform (UCP) leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will partner with Business Unit leaders to set priorities and translate them into scalable platform capabilities, working across IT, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and other shared services to deliver measurable business value. The role emphasizes process optimization, platform adoption, and continuous improvement while balancing

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or related business transformation roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar CRM/ERP platforms preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with Business Unit leaders and maintain understanding of commercial operations and priorities.
• Promote scalable enterprise processes while enabling Business Unit requirements and ensuring data quality.
• Represent business priorities in governance forums and support enterprise decision-making.
• Define objectives and outcomes for platform enhancements within business and tech environments.
• Lead the assigned commercial technology domain and serve as the primary business contact for platform priorities and support.
• Lead business demand intake, assessment, and requirements definition, maintaining the backlog.
• Identify opportunities to create business value through platform capabilities, automation, and AI.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to assess business value, feasibility, dependencies, and release planning.
• Recommend platform priorities and roadmap sequencing balancing BU objectives, standards, and technical considerations.
• Support business readiness, communications, training, adoption, and post-release optimization.
