Responsibilities

Own domain leadership across commercial IT areas: CRM, sales enablement, pricing, customer service, and marketing automation.
Hire, lead, and coach Commercial IT Product Owners and related roles.
Build trusted relationships with business units to understand needs, shape priorities, and ensure roadmaps reflect business value.
Drive roadmap integrity across domains, align with strategy and delivery capacity.
Establish operating standards for intake, prioritization, release planning, and adoption.
Support planning by creating investment requests and aligning roadmap priorities to funding.
Lead resolution of complex cross-domain issues by structuring ambiguity and driving decisions.
Partner with engineering leaders to ensure platform health and release readiness.
Prepare executive materials and updates for leadership discussions.
Lead cross-domain and strategic initiatives.
