Job summary

Vizient seeks a seasoned product leader to own and guide Microsoft Dynamics 365 product strategy and backlog. You will drive roadmaps, align with business goals, and lead cross-functional teams across sales, service, and operations to deliver high-value software capabilities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, refine requirements, and ensure successful product launches and user adoption within an agile framework.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience required.
Experience owning Microsoft Dynamics 365 product backlog and backlog refinement.
Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Dynamics 365 modules.
Ability to translate business needs into D365 configurations and enhancements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive vision and roadmap for products built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, potentially for multiple areas such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Customer Service.
Develop deep understanding of business goals and translate into prioritized product backlogs.
Monitor Trends and Microsoft Dynamics roadmap to inform strategy and propose new solutions.
Lead product strategy, planning, and lifecycle management.
Establish roadmaps and release plans to achieve business outcomes.
Coordinate with business, IT, and finance stakeholders to set priorities and oversee development.
Pair with UX/UI teams to ensure exceptional user experience and usability.
