Vizient is seeking a Senior Business Lead for an assigned functional domain within the Unified Commercial Platform (UCP), including Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will partner with Business Unit leaders to translate priorities into scalable platform capabilities that deliver measurable business value.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Optimization, you will champion process optimization, platform adoption, data quality, and governance while balancing enterprise standards with Business

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in business, IS, engineering, or finance; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in strategy, revenue operations, commercial ops, or product/consulting roles.
• Experience driving process optimization and platform adoption with analytical skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation ability.

Responsabilités

• Build partnerships with Business Unit leaders and understand commercial operations and priorities.
• Define business objectives and requirements for platform enhancements and improvements.
• Lead the assigned commercial technology domain and manage the business backlog.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal and other shared services to align on priorities.
• Evaluate value, feasibility, dependencies, and release approaches for platform initiatives.
• Drive adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement across the platform.
