Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial banking or loan review.
• Experience in maintenance and sale of real estate.
• Knowledge of vehicle and equipment evaluation preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and overnight travel required.
• College degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files to understand transactions and circumstances.
• Enforce bank's rights or position on loan and collateral.
• Discuss issues with management, other personnel and legal counsel to develop strategies.
• Document loan actions and account details accurately.
• Review foreclosure bid instructions and advise CRU officers.
