Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Portfolio Management or Loan Review.
• Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and collections; regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files and understand transaction and circumstances.
• Enforce bank's rights with respect to loan and collateral.
• Discuss issues with supervisor/legal counsel to develop strategies and solutions.
• Document loan files of actions taken.
• Work with third parties to dispose of collateral.
• Direct Commercial banking officers on shared accounts.
• Analyze financial statements and cash flows to assess borrower strength.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, regulators, or business community.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and bank policies.
• Develop and implement credit administration strategies to minimize loss.
• Coordinate with management to ensure accounts are managed per policy.
