Job summary

ELGA Credit Union in Florida is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to manage the post-closing and reporting of the Commercial loan portfolio, including SBA loans. You will oversee funding and servicing, collateral perfection, and quality assurance while supporting audits and compliance efforts.

The role requires a minimum of five years in business/finance lending operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication with discretion and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of training or work-related experience in business, finance, lending compliance/risk or operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education; vendor training courses are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-closing and reporting of the Commercial loan portfolio.
• Oversee funding and servicing of all Commercial/SBA loans.
• Ensure collateral perfection and quality assurance for Commercial/SBA loans.
• Assist in internal and third-party audits and regulatory examinations.
