Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years experience with due diligence, loan documentation, or related work experience.
• Commercial loan experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of bank policies and loan closing conditions.
• Strong knowledge of vendor documents (title work, appraisals, flood determinations, lien searches).
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lending and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews and analyzes draft and final credit approvals/credit memos and determines due diligence requirements.
• Analyzes loan approvals to determine borrower, collateral, guarantor and loan requirements.
• Coordinate closing date and ensure all parties are aligned with deadlines.
• Review and prepare loan documents with internal/external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with CIP, Reg U, Flood, and other regulatory items.
• Maintain awareness of risk, meet SLAs, and escalate issues as needed.
