Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, and analyzes draft and final credit approvals to determine due diligence requirements.
• Interprets loan approvals to determine borrower, collateral, guarantor and loan requirements.
• Coordinates with attorneys, title companies and clients to finalize loan documents on time.
• Ensures compliance with policies, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements throughout closing.
• Monitors workload, tracks progress, and escalates issues as needed to meet closing dates.
