Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Trial or first-chair litigation experience is welcomed but not required.
• Admission in New Jersey is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Manage written discovery, document review, and depositions.
• Prepare witnesses and clients for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.
• Participate in court appearances, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop efficient, results-oriented litigation strategies.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide practical legal advice throughout the litigation process.
• Work effectively with attorneys across multiple practice groups on complex matters.
