Qualifications

• 3–7 years of litigation experience, with exposure to commercial real estate matters preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing cases from inception through resolution.
• Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate litigation and related business disputes.
• Collaborate with Business Litigation team on complex matters across industries.
• Prepare for depositions, motions, and trial appearances.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution with oversight from partners.

What You'll Work On:

In addition to commercial real estate litigation, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an accomplished Business Litigation team handling complex commercial disputes across a variety of industries including:

• Antitrust
• Cybersecurity
• Product Liability
• Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration
• Trial preparation and courtroom appearances
