A well-established regional law firm with more than 120 attorneys is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing litigation practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator who wants a broad commercial practice, meaningful case responsibility, direct client exposure, and long-term growth within a collaborative midsize platform.

The Practice

The associate will handle a diverse range of business and commercial disputes, including matters involving:

• Breach of contract and business disputes
• Shareholder, partnership, and ownership disputes
• Restrictive covenant and unfair competition matters
• Commercial real estate disputes
• Business torts
• Corporate and closely held business litigation
• Injunctive and equitable relief
• Pre-litigation counseling and dispute resolution
• Discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution

Associates will work closely with experienced litigators while taking increasing ownership of matters and developing direct relationships with clients.
