Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a detail-oriented client services professional to manage commercial lines accounts (≤$5,000 revenue). You will be the primary contact, develop strong client relationships, present insurance options, and maintain high retention.

A Property & Casualty license and a college degree (preferred) are required; Sagitta/ImageRight and MS Office skills are a plus. Join a leading broker and contribute to client satisfaction by coordinating renewals, proposals, and claims

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• College degree preferred.
• Property and Casualty license required.
• Sagitta or ImageRight knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and retention for commercial lines accounts.
• Inform clients about policy changes and industry trends.
• Respond to client and carrier requests within agreed timeframes.
• Oversee renewal workflow to avoid coverage lapses.
• Negotiate renewals with knowledge of carrier guidelines.
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance coverage.
• Assist clients with claims reporting.
• Invoicing and collections per company policy.
• Maintain account in USI systems and monitor KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry information and technology.
