Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management with a proven track record in client retention and business growth.
• State insurance license and strong understanding of insurance regulations and policies.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop practical, client-centric solutions.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient policy and client management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client strategies to achieve renewal retention targets (≥95%).
• Conduct risk assessments for 100+ commercial accounts and advise on coverage updates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive 20% annual policy growth.
• Review and manage policy documents and endorsements within 48 hours of requests.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior account executives to enhance service delivery.
