Iron Insurance Partners LLC is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines Production Team. You will guide clients through annual stewardships, market accounts, and proposals, while building lasting relationships with clients and teammates.

This role emphasizes project-driven tasks, risk identification, policy servicing, and collaboration with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and ensure accurate policy processing.

Aufgaben

• Conduct risk identification
• Complete insurance programming for new policies and modification of existing policies
• Assist clients in resolving all issues
• Review client claims activity for delivery of loss analysis
• Prepare stewardship review
• Negotiate coverage terms and conditions with insurance carriers
• Direct the processing and billing of all policy transactions
• Collaborate with production team members consistently
• Review renewal reports for production planning
• Review accounts receivable balances of clients
• Coordinate and schedule stewardship delivery
• Performance contributes to Growth Performance Indicators of firm
• Support full utilization of the AMS360 system and leverage carrier technology
• Stay informed regarding insurance technical knowledge, market trends and insurance carrier information
• Function efficiently in all systems and adhere to consistent execution of all production processes
• Other duties as assigned
