Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Large Account Manager in California to manage policy maintenance and service for assigned accounts, driving retention and growth. You will collaborate with client advisors to review exposures, quote, and present the best risk management solutions while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, account rounding, and collaboration within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• State Property and Casualty Insurance license required.
• CISR Elite, CIC or other advanced designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and assist advisors with account updates and coverage for mid-size to large accounts.
• Review exposures and insurance programs to determine the best carrier fit considering coverage and cost.
• Market, quote, and prepare proposals for risk management and coverage decisions.
