Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New Jersey is seeking a client-focused account leader for middle to large accounts in Property & Casualty. Under guidance, you will lead client service, collaborate with senior colleagues on renewals and strategy, and help coordinate placement processes with subject matter experts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in P&C, hold a Property & Casualty license, and are proficient with EPIC and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meeting
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis
• Collaborates on mid-market placements and works with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes, offering insights and recommendations.
• Review, finalize and participate proposal meeting
• Document clients order to bind and review binder for accuracy
• Participates in post renewal meeting
• Participates in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients
• Oversight of confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable
