Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New Jersey is seeking an experienced account professional to lead client service for middle and large accounts, working closely with senior colleagues on strategy design and renewal messaging.

You will manage workflow, review exposures, coordinate with subject matter experts on mid-market placements, participate in renewal discussions, and ensure accurate policy documentation and audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver service plans for clients.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meetings to renew coverage.
• Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate on mid-market placements with subject matter experts to ensure smooth placement processes.
• Review, finalize and participate in proposal meetings; ensure accuracy of binder.
• Participate in post-renewal meetings and stewardship planning for large clients.
• Oversee confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable.
• Set up and maintain account details in EPIC; summarize loss history and current programs.
