• Current California Property & Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, managing their accounts proactively.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews and analyses to ensure clients have appropriate protection.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with producers to market and place new commercial insurance business.
• Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements.
