Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance middle-market account management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, endorsements, and coverage analysis.
• Experience with agency management systems; AMS 360 preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Proactively manage client accounts and provide high-quality service.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and billing inquiries accurately.
• Conduct coverage reviews and analyze client needs to ensure appropriate protection.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Collaborate with producers on marketing and placement of new commercial insurance business.
• Coordinate with carriers and insurance partners to resolve account issues.
• Stay current on commercial insurance market trends, coverage developments, and regulatory requirements.
