Champion Risk & Insurance Services in San Diego seeks a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a large, complex book of business and support Producers in retention, renewals, and growth. You will review coverage, prepare client materials, and coordinate with underwriters and carriers.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in commercial lines, an active Property & Casualty license, and strong proficiency with Applied Epic and Indio.

Competenze

8+ years of commercial lines experience.
Current Property & Casualty license.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, policy forms, markets, underwriting, and servicing.

Mansioni

Manage a large, complex commercial lines book of business and serve as primary client resource.
Lead marketing of new and renewal business with submissions and carrier communication.
Support Producers with retention, renewal strategy, and account development.
Maintain accurate client and policy information in Applied Epic and use Indio and carrier systems.
Guide and mentor junior staff and provide team leadership when needed.
