Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Consultative Account Management partner for Select Commercial Lines client accounts, generating $10,000 to $15,000 in revenue. Responsibilities include providing personalized support, making insurance recommendations, and managing client accounts according to USI guidelines.

Preferred candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and possess a relevant license. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, accompanied by a robust benefits package including medical, 401(k), and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Select Commercial Lines clients.
• Make recommendations for client insurance programs based on USI’s proprietary solution set.
• Manage renewal workflow for assigned book of business.

Skills

5+ years of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency

Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance

Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license

Knowledge of Sagitta/ImageRight preferred

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Comfortable with internet‑based programs and Microsoft Office products

Education

College degree preferred
