Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer to lead and grow a commercial portfolio from Lowell, MA. You will prospect, cultivate centers of influence, and leverage existing member relationships to drive business lending opportunities.

The role reports to the VP of Commercial Lending & Business Services and may require travel to local office locations. A seasoned leader with strong negotiation and analytical skills will excel in this fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Seven to ten years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills are required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume pipeline.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain loan and deposit relationships with business members.
• Coordinate underwriting and management of commercial loans.
• Analyze loans for risks, including real estate, cash flow, profitability, and credit risk.
• Ensure compliance with loan policy and regulatory requirements.
