Job summary

Wings Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Specialist to help grow and enrich member relationships by educating them on account options and financial services. You will open and manage accounts, answer inquiries, and coordinate referrals to loans and investments while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires notary duties and knowledge of mortgage loan processes; training and compliant practices are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and member service experience preferred.
• Ability to educate members on products and cross-sell effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with basic financial services and notary duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and opening accounts.
• Educate members on features and benefits, cross-sell suitable products.
• Build trust through personalized service and consultative approach.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and schedule follow-ups.
• Refer to financial experts as needed and coordinate with other departments.
• Provide notarial services and verify member identity.
• Support community events and stay updated on promotions.
