Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or finance is preferred.
• Minimum five years of commercial lending experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements business development calling programs to expand and retain banking relationships.
• Gathers credit information, analyzes financial data, and proposes loan options and terms.
• Underwrites commercial loans and coordinates loan decisions with loan committee as needed.
• Executes loan closings, monitors loan performance, and manages portfolio risk.
• Maintains collateral documentation, performs inspections, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinates with loan servicing and collections as necessary and supports cross-sell of related products.
