Legacy Risk Solutions in Gainesville, Georgia is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Risk Advisor to grow our client base by developing new business relationships and delivering customized insurance and risk management solutions to diverse industries.

The ideal candidate will combine a consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building skills, manage a growing sales pipeline, and collaborate with account managers to ensure exceptional service and long-term client

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 3+ years of commercial insurance sales or business development experience preferred.
• Proven success developing new business and growing a commercial book of business.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Identify prospective clients’ insurance needs and recommend customized commercial insurance and risk management solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and decisionmakers.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals while effectively communicating coverage options and value-added services.
• Collaborate with carrier partners and underwriters to negotiate competitive coverage terms and pricing.
• Work closely with Commercial Lines Account Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience for new clients.
• Conduct annual client reviews to identify evolving business risks, coverage gaps, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve new business production goals.
• Stay informed on commercial insurance products, market conditions, carrier appetites, and industry trends.
• Accurately maintain client activity and sales opportunities within the agency management and CRM systems.
