Job summary

McGriff is hiring an Account Manager for the Commercial Lines team to build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships, handling service questions, billing and claims support, and renewal processes. You will work with the Producer/Marketing Account Executive to analyze coverage needs, prepare marketing information, and participate in carrier meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a Property & Casualty license, and at least two years of commercial insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Two years or more of commercial insurance industry experience.
• Property and Casualty license.
• Strong client relations skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships.
• Assist clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues and problem solving.
• Monitor renewal process for assigned clients and provide coverage recommendations.
• Prepare marketing information and participate in meetings; stay up-to-date on products and changes.
