Job summary

McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is hiring an Account Manager for the Commercial Lines team. This remote role supports CT/NY/NJ clients, builds carrier relationships, and oversees renewals and client service matters.

You will coordinate with producers and marketing staff to ensure comprehensive coverage and compliant processes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in insurance, a P&C license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Two years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Property and Casualty license.
• Strong client relations skills; including excellent communication skills and service orientation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships.
• Assist assigned clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues and problem solving.
• Monitor and manage renewal process for assigned clients; provide analysis and recommendation of coverage needs.
• Prepare and deliver forms to clients; attend seminars and carrier meetings to stay up-to-date on products and legislative changes.
