The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in millwork or commercial manufacturing, strong materials knowledge, and proficiency with ERP and engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within custom millwork, retail fixtures, or high-end commercial manufacturing.
• Deep technical knowledge of materials including wood, laminates, metals, glass, and lighting components.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, shop prints, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from purchase order to final delivery and site closeout.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and track milestones to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement to manage material specs, BOMs, and timelines.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal departments, communicating status and managing scope changes.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement proactive corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Monitor profitability and cost-tracking to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate prototype approvals and logistics for multi-location retail rollouts.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP systems for accurate project documentation and reporting.
