Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Casework Production Supervisor to lead a high-end cabinetry department, moving from hands-on craft to team leadership. You will design workflows, train a growing crew, and ensure premium commercial furniture and storage solutions are produced on schedule.

You will oversee complex casework, interpret drawings, optimize layouts, and mentor builders while maintaining strict quality controls across the shop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-end cabinetry or millwork.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with both face frame and frameless construction.
• Proficiency with hardwoods and sheet materials.
• Ability to plan and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of complex casework projects.
• Interpret shop drawings to generate cut lists and schedules.
• Optimize shop floor layout and standardize processes.
• Coordinate milling, CNC, and finishing departments.
• Mentor and supervise a growing team of builders.
• Maintain rigorous quality throughout assembly and prep.
