Phillips 66 is seeking a Sr. Advisor II, Commercial Execution to partner with the Sr. Manager and drive disciplined progress toward long-term value.

In this role you will coordinate across Commercial, Finance, Risk and Trade Support, monitor initiatives, surface gaps, and ensure resources and milestones align with strategic priorities. You will develop analyses and reporting for leadership and support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial, business planning, transformation, operations, analytics, or trading support.
• Experience working across front-office or trading organizations.
• Proficiency in performance reporting and data analysis with tools like Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of progress against long-term value initiatives.
• Monitor performance against long-term value goals and report results.
• Ensure resources are directed toward high-value initiatives.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate follow-through with owners and due dates.
• Develop analyses, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Finance, Risk, and Trade Support to align actions.
• Manage multiple priorities and confidential workstreams with discretion.
