Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Senior Advisor III, Digital Products to shape and deliver data-driven digital solutions across operations. You will partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to translate complex needs into scalable products and guide the full lifecycle from concept to adoption.

You’ll lead discovery, define roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives while balancing value, risk, and feasibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business systems or technology-enabled transformation.
  • Experience with data, analytics, or AI products preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Advisor III, Digital Products plays a critical role in shaping and delivering digital and data-driven solutions that enable business performance across Phillips 66 operations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-impact digital products. The position provides strategic direction while remaining hands‑on through the full product and solution lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of complex digital, data, and AI-enabled products aligned with business strategies across refining, transportation, commercial, and marketing functions.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and success measures that address current and future business needs.
  • Guide prioritization decisions by balancing business value, risk, cost, and technical feasibility while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by analyzing current-and future-state business processes to identify gaps and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
  • Collaborate with agile delivery teams to manage product backlogs, support sprint planning, and ensure high‑quality, user‑focused outcomes.
  • Monitor product performance and adoption, incorporate user feedback, and continuously optimize solutions while ensuring compliance with responsible AI, security, and data governance requirements.
What You’ll Bring – Required
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 6 or more years of progressively complex experience in business systems, digital products, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
  • Experience leading or advising data, analytics, or AI product initiatives
  • Background in oil and gas, supply and trading, value chain optimization, or large-scale industrial environments
  • Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or modern application architectures
  • Product management, agile, or business analysis certifications
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and lead through complexity and change
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex business requirements into scalable digital or data-driven solutions
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross‑functional product, data, and engineering teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $180,900 - $211,100.

At Phillips 65, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation. Each role is assigned a salary grade with a defined pay range, benchmarked against industry peers. Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
